Welcome to Skyview South. Our neighborhood, which is bordered by Skyway Drive on the north and Trilby Road in the south, began in the 1970’s and has grown to include 148 homes. Our Homeowners Association is volunteer run and serves to provide yearly services like family-based neighborhood engagement and advocacy on behalf of the community.

New Trail Connector Work to Fossil Creek Trail
Tuesday, April 21, 2026 to Wednesday, July 1, 2026
New trail connector being installed by the city of Fort Collins thanks the work and suggestions of the Skyview South and Skyview North HOA's. This connector will branch off the sidewalk at Venus Ave and extend to the Fossil Creek trail. Final complete TBD but construction has started!!!
Open Space Noxious Weed Spraying
Monday, June 1, 2026 to Friday, June 5, 2026, - All Day at Skyview South Open Space
Notice: We will be spraying for noxious weeds in the Skyview South HOA open space the week of June 1st. For the safety of you and your pets, please do not use the open space from 6/1 through 6/5.
