Welcome to Skyview South. Our neighborhood, which is bordered by Skyway Drive on the north and Trilby Road in the south, began in the 1970’s and has grown to include 148 homes. Our Homeowners Association is volunteer run and serves to provide yearly services like family-based neighborhood engagement and advocacy on behalf of the community.

Fall Neighborhood Night Out
Tuesday, August 4, 2026, 5:30-8:30 at West Field area at Foothills Gateway
Come meet your neighbors and enjoy a nice evening together!  We will have a bouncy castle and will provide pizza, snacks and soft beverages to be enjoyed.  Please bring a chair!!! & BYOB :)
