Welcome to Skyview South. Our neighborhood, which is bordered by Skyway Drive on the north and Trilby Road in the south, began in the 1970’s and has grown to include 148 homes. Our Homeowners Association is volunteer run and serves to provide yearly services like family-based neighborhood engagement and advocacy on behalf of the community.

New Trail Connector Work to Fossil Creek Trail
Tuesday, April 21, 2026 to Wednesday, July 1, 2026
New trail connector being installed by the city of Fort Collins thanks the work and suggestions of the Skyview South and Skyview North HOA's. This connector will branch off the sidewalk at Saturn Drive and extend to the Fossil Creek trail. Final complete TBD but construction has started!!!
Spring Clean-up Dumpsters weekend of May 16th
Saturday, May 16, 2026 to Monday, May 18, 2026
Spring clean-up dumpsters will be placed near the following locations:
-320 Galaxy Way (across street from address next to fence)
-301 Uranus St. (just west of address on south side of road next to fence)
Please do not utilize dumpsters for the disposal of the following, as they incur additional charges: batteries, tires, mattress, box springs, appliances, large furniture
